Mheshimiwa Mohamed Hussein Alias Qaras Was born in 1968
Attended Arabia and Mandera DEB primary schools
- Went for Undergraduate Studies at Kenyatta University, Did (BA, Maths)
in 1991 → 1995
- Became Member of Kenyan Parliament in 2007 for Mandera East (Mandera Town - Kenya) for the period 2008 → 4th March 2013
- He was a Member of Orange Democratic Movement for Mandera East. Later changed to URP (Ruto's Party)
- He became a Member of Administration and National Security Committee in The Kenyan Parliament in 2008.
- He was also a Kenyan Parliament Member of Departmental Committee on Communication, Information and Innovation
- He is now a Business man.
