UMUL ACCORD - 2021

We do hope The Garre Community complies with this Umul Accord to the latter. The Murule Community have no problem with the Garre Community. Our Conflict started in 1916...and in 1929...and several smaller smaller conflicts until 1982-83 era and in 2004-2005 and in 2007-2008 (Umul Accord 1) and now in Umul Accord 2 -2021. 

MANDERA EAST CONSTITUENCY

Mandera East Constituency is an electoral Constituency and one of six constituencies in Mandera County of Northern Kenya. The constituency was established in the 1966 elections. The constituency office is in Mandera Town and urban residents and those near Mandera Town consist majority of the voters. The Constituency is largely settled by the Murule community from Sala to Arabia upto Mandera Town. The Current Member of Parliament is Hon. Omar Maalim - Omar Sala (Below)
